Serco recruitment pop-up shop

In autumn 2022, Serco opened a recruitment and information pop-up shop unit within the Potteries Centre in the heart of Stoke-on-Trent. Straightline was approached to transform the empty retail unit into an all-in-one information and recruitment hub. Using a combination of high-impact window vinyl graphics and themed interiors, we created a modern and inviting environment within which people could discover the wide range of career opportunities on offer. The venture was supported by tailored recruitment literature and a mobile pop-up display system for use outwith the retail unit.
