Straightline Creative partnered with renowned UK promoter Rosalind Romer to brand and launch the Leith Comedy Festival, developing a distinctive visual identity, promotional campaign and event collateral that helped position the festival as a must‑attend fixture on Edinburgh’s comedy circuit.

The youngest and most dynamic addition to Edinburgh’s comedy calendar, this festival proudly put Leith Laughter firmly on the map. Straightline developed a full brand identity that celebrates the event’s warm, inclusive spirit — from a playful logotype and a bold colour palette. We produced eye-catching posters, targeted flyers and a user-friendly website, plus social assets and event signage that keep messaging consistent and accessible. The visual language balances cheeky humour with clear information hierarchy, making it easy for new audiences to find shows and for performers to stand out. After all, comedy is for all.
