Straightline Creative developed the concept and design for a poster series celebrating Hewlett Packard Enterprise staff as workplace 'Superheroes'. The campaign elevated ordinary roles through a cinematic treatment: dramatic portrait photography, movie‑poster composition and bold, action‑packed backgrounds and colour palettes.
Project details
We led creative direction, art‑directed on‑site shoots and retouched imagery to achieve heroic, high‑contrast portraits. Layouts echoed film posters with strong typographic hierarchies, dynamic messaging and lens‑flare accents, while role‑specific taglines and concise captions explained each person’s contribution. Deliverables included print‑ready posters in multiple sizes, digitally optimised versions for the intranet and social channels, and editable templates for future staff highlights. The result was a striking, morale‑boosting campaign that honoured employees, reinforced HPE’s culture of recognition and produced highly shareable assets that worked equally well in reception spaces, office corridors and internal digital channels.
